SAMERE (SAM) GIDE
OWNER / ARCHITECT / MANAGING DIRECTOR
Same started Canaan Modern Homes in 2014. He is a LEED AP certified project engineer and received his degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Asmara in Eritrea, East Africa. Sam lives in the Austin area with his beautiful wife and two sons.

Philip’s professional career has been defined by a simple philosophy “exceed expectations daily”. Originally from Pretoria, South Africa, Philip studied International Business Management at USC. You may recognize him from a recent Austin addition of House Hunters. Philip resides in Lakeway, and is a REALTOR® with Engel & Völkers – Austin.

OPERATIONS SUPPORT PARTNER
Kreg provides business process and technical support for Canaan Modern Homes. Kreg is a Texas Native who graduated from Texas A&M in 2000. Kreg moved to Austin in 2016 and is one of Canaan Modern Homes greatly satisfied clients.
